Design Open, P.IVA IT-XXXXXXXXXXX, Via Enrico de Nicola 3, 91011 Alcamo TP, Italy ("Studio"). The client accepting these terms ("Client").
Brand identity design services as specified in the accepted proposal (preventivo). All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped unless separately agreed in writing.
All prices in EUR, exclusive of IVA 22% which will be added. Payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) or bonifico bancario (bank transfer). For projects exceeding 500 EUR: 50% deposit required before work begins, balance due upon delivery. Invoices issued per Italian tax law.
Upon full payment, all final design files transfer to the Client. Design Open retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and case studies unless the Client objects in writing. Design Open's own tools, templates, and methodologies remain our property.
Single plan: 2 revision rounds. Studio plan: 3 rounds. Complete plan: unlimited within scope. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at the hourly rate specified in the proposal.
Design Open warrants professional methodology and industry-standard quality. Business outcomes (revenue, recognition, market share) depend on the Client's own product, market, and execution. We guarantee the work, not the results.
Per the Codice del Consumo (D.lgs. 206/2005), consumer clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right is waived once design work begins, with the Client's explicit consent at project kickoff.
Client may cancel before design work begins: full refund. After delivery of first concepts: no refund for work completed. Studio may terminate if the Client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, with partial delivery of completed work.
Italian law. Competent court: Foro di Trapani. EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
